• User Content: We collect the posts you create, including any text content and associated images that you upload.

• Firebase (Google): We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage (usernames, hashed passwords, post text). Firebase handles data encryption in transit and at rest.
• Cloudinary: We use Cloudinary to store and manage your post images. Cloudinary processes images and related metadata, which is also encrypted.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing or solicitation purposes.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information against misuse or unauthorized access. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS, and data at rest is encrypted by our service providers (Firebase and Cloudinary).

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Children's Privacy / CSAE / child safety

The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) - The app allows for reporting any concerns related to child safety.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will post any changes here and revise the "Effective Date."
